GENERAL INFORMATION, TERMS & CONDITIONS
Herbul Henna Export House in return for full payment by you of the amount specified, shall arrange for the cost of goods, courier charges, clearance charges and other services specified and as included in this program as and to the extent you have selected them, and subject to the following terms and conditions:
The booking will be made through email/telephonic with client and the booking will be confirmed when the client makes the payment. This will be acknowledged by us and the latest position will be advised to you from time to time.
PAYMENTS: Full payment should be remitted in EUROS (€), USD, GBP or other currencies towards the total cost as decided on email/phone with the client and the company.

The price of our products is US$ 120 per carton FOB ( Free on Board).
1 carton = 100 boxes of Herbul Henna Products
1 box = 6 pouches x 10 grams each
The price is same for all the colours available.
The delivery charges vary from country to country as well as upon the weight of the parcel. Thus, in order to obtain a final quotation inclusive delivery charges, please contact us through email or sending us a enquiry. Once the order is confirmed, the goods shall be delivered within 7 days to 30 days from the date of order confirmation.
The customer details will not be disclosed, sold or rented to any other third party.
You will need to pay 100% of the amount upfront. Once the entire amount is paid, only then the order is confirmed.
CANCELLATION BY YOU:
Once the order is confirmed after making the payment, no amount will be refunded in any case.
Prices are based on US Dollars. Once your booking is accepted by us, we will not make any changes to your price after you have paid the amount.
Means any event which we “The company” or the suppliers of the service/s in question could not, even with all due care, foresee or avoid such as war or threat of war, civil unrest, riots, industrial dispute (e.g. airline strike), actual or threatened terrorist activities, natural or nuclear disaster or adverse weather conditions and all similar events beyond our control. As stated in these booking conditions the Company will promptly refund the entire amount in the event of canceling the Client’s order due to these conditions.
